ABOUT THE PROJECT

We were commissioned to create a candid logo concept for Yaya Maternity Nurse, offering professional post-natal care and advice.

Our approach to the brief was to find a symbol that will describe the business in a subtle way, so we opted for the owl animal, a symbol of wisdom, protection, nocturnal activity, strong spirit guide for discernment and decision making based on solid foundations.

The result was a candid representation of an owl figure gently embracing a baby owl. There is a visibly strong connection between the two, where the adult owl is protective and caring towards the owl chick.
